Guests may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in.
If cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, the first night’s room rate will be charged.
No-shows will be charged the first night’s room rate.
Non-refundable Rate
Bookings made under a non-refundable promotion cannot be cancelled or modified.
No refund will be issued.
Early Departure
If a guest checks out earlier than scheduled, unused nights are non-refundable.
Group Reservations
Group bookings of 5 rooms or more may be subject to different cancellation conditions.
